Seating Arrangement for Weddings is Windows-based application. It allows users to manage all the affairs related to the wedding ceremony. This software can be extremely useful when you are planning a wedding ceremony by yourself: it will help you with such procedures as editing event information, editing meal options, managing guests list and floor plan.
Developers of the program supplied it with a task manager. The task manager will help you to prepare the wedding ceremony step by step. First of all, you need to enter the event information, including date and location. Then you start to edit the Host, RSVP and Meal information. When you are done with meals you pass on to managing the guests list. Here you will be able to add guests information and print mailing labels and RSVP cards. The following step is to edit the floor information - it is where you manage the seating arrangement. When you have done with all the preparations, you can print your floor plan, guests lists and place cards. This program also provides some on-line services.
